I’ve more than twenty-five years of advocacy experience. I can research your issue, develop policy options, create effective messaging, lead public engagement processes, and organize campaigns.

Policy Successes:

Serve on leadership team for the Pine Tree Amendment, which would establish the right to clean air, clean water and a healthy environment in the Maine Constitution.
Serve on policy team for Our Power, a coalition to establish consumer ownership of Maine’s electric utilities.
Researched, developed and successfully lobbied for the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code.
Established Current Use Taxation for the Working Waterfront in the Maine Constitution.
Authored legislation that led to the establishment of Efficiency Maine.
Campaigned for Ranked Choice Voting.
Updated the Growth Management Act to reflect current land use practices.
